EZIT Club Subscription Fees

EZIT Club offers different pricing plans for obtaining the membership. The fees are as per the latest plans listed on the pricing page of the EZIT Club website. Users can select the desired plan and make payment using the designated payment methods, which may include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or other authorized payment options.

Fees for Professional Services

In addition to the subscription fees, EZIT Club also facilitates the payment collection for professional services such as Legal, Accounting & Taxation, and Insurance Assistance provided by its network partners through the EZIT app. Users can make payments for these services using the designated payment methods within the app.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations for membership charges and professional fees are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • EZIT Club Subscription Fees: The app has a 15 day trial period where the app features can be explored. There will be no refund of subscription fees post the 15 day trial period.
  • Professional Services Fees: Refunds for professional services availed through the EZIT app are subject to the refund policy of the respective network partner providing the services. Users are advised to review and understand the refund policy of the specific service before making any payment. Cancellations of professional services may also be subject to specific terms and conditions as determined by the respective network partner.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original mode of payment used for the payment within 15 business days of approval.
  • EZIT Club and its network partners reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria, or if there is any suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
Changes to Pricing and Service Terms

EZIT Club and its network partners reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the pricing and service terms for subscription fees and professional services at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes to pricing or service terms through the EZIT app or website or other communication channels.

Please note that the collection of fees for subscription and professional services may be governed by additional terms and conditions specific to the respective service providers, and users are encouraged to review and understand these terms before making any payments.

For any questions or concerns related to payments, refunds, or cancellations of subscription or professional services, users can contact EZIT Club customer support through the contact information provided on the web page or raise a ticket using the mobile app.

In case of subscription cancellation, customers understand and agree that the complete customer portfolio information, credentials & settings, documents in docuvault, and nominee details would be removed permanently from the platform and would not be possible to retrieve in the future.

Users also acknowledge and agree that EZIT and its associated partners reserve the right to retain and maintain the customer’s contact information, transaction and payment history and any other details that are required for compliance, regulatory, accounting and audit purposes.

  • EZIT Club Subscription Fees: Refunds for subscription fees are processed only in case of genuine errors or technical issues on the part of EZIT Club that result in the unavailability or non-delivery of the subscription. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment, and must be accompanied by relevant details and evidence to support the refund claim.
  • In case you wish to cancel your subscription at any point in time, EZIT Club Subscription Fees refund will be refunded on a pro-rated basis by refunding proportionate to the remaining duration of the subscription period. The date you request the cancellation is considered as the date of cancellation. The processing time can take up to 15 business days.
  • Professional Services Fees: Refunds for professional services availed through the EZIT app are subject to the refund policy of the respective network partner providing the services. Users are advised to review and understand the refund policy of the specific service before making any payment. Cancellations of professional services may also be subject to specific terms and conditions as determined by the respective network partner.
