All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of EZIT Club or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or display any content from the App without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the App
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or any other accounts or systems
• Engaging in any activity that may harm, harass, or defraud other users or third parties
• Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. EZIT Club does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects or errors will be corrected. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EZIT Club and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall EZIT Club’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EZIT Club and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

EZIT Club reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App, or to modify these Terms, at any time without prior notice. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Telangana, India with competent jurisdiction.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EZIT Club regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
